Sustainable Horizons (SH) is now expanding its editorial team at various levels.

◇全额资助在本刊免费发表两篇开源论文/年（聘期内通过同行评议后方可使用）；

◇Privileges to publish two high quality articles annually on SH for free after peer review process during the term.

◇全额资助参与SH同爱思维尔合作举办的可持续技术与发展国际会议；

◇Free travel and conference accessibility for the International Conference on Sustainable Technology and Development, which is in partnership with Elsevier.

◇全额资助参加SH年度编委会会议；

◇Opportunities to attend the editorial board meetings annually with all cost covered.

◇按期获取实体版期刊、精美海报及其它SH福利；

◇A free printed version of each volume will be delivered with journal posters and gifts.

◇定期获取SH的最新发展动态；

◇Access to the new insight of journal development.

◇获得相应的编辑/编辑委员会证书，任职5年以上的还将获得长期服务奖或特殊成就奖等荣誉；

◇Editor/ Editorial board member certificates, as well as long service awards after five years of services.

◇定期参与编辑培训，并获得广泛的发展资源；

◇Access to extensive editorial training and development resources.

◇积极在社交媒体、学术会议等多渠道推广期刊，提升期刊的知名度；

◇Become an ambassador of SH, actively promoting SH in social media, academic conferences and other platforms. 

◇每年于SH发表1篇高质量论文，且参与5篇论文审稿；

◇Publish one high quality article on SH and review at least 5 times for SH annually.

◇参与期刊举办的各项交流活动，包括但不限于定期采访相关领域专家等；

◇Working closely with the Editor-in-Chief to arrange new ways of communicating research, including interviewing authors for podcasts if needed.

◇积极组织特刊，参与特刊管理；

◇Managing special issues for the journal if needed.

◇申请人须是国内外高校、科研院所或科技企业R&D部门的一线科研人员；

◇A qualified editor or editorial board member should be an active researcher in university, research institutes, or working for the R&D departments of technology enterprises.

◇在相关领域拥有优秀的学术背景；

◇With excellent academic profiles in relevant field.

◇具备优秀的英语语言能力，可与国际编辑团队进行良好的沟通；

◇Have excellent English language skills, be able to communicate with the international editorial team.

◇Sustainable Horizons 将对编辑团队成员进行年度工作情况评估；杰出的团队成员在同等条件下可优先晋升，未对期刊做出实质性积极贡献的成员将更新替换，以保障团队的新鲜活力。

◇SH will review the performance of the editorial team annually. The outstanding editorial team members will have the privilege to be promoted on the journal. For those who are inactive will be resigned to ensure the vitality of the editorial team.
