Xinqiang Chen received his Ph.D. degree (2018) in traffic information engineering and controlling at the Shanghai Maritime University in China. From September 2015 to September 2016, he was a visiting student in the Smart Transportation Applications and Research Laboratory at the University of Washington, United States. He is the author and coauthor of more than 80 technical papers. His research interests include traffic data analysis, transportation image processing, intelligent transportation systems, transportation video analysis, smart ship etc.
