Dr. Hein Min Tun is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Health, LKS Faculty of Medicine, University of Hong Kong (HKU) and also the head of the System Microbiology and Microbiome lab at the HKU-Pasteur Research Pole. His major research area focused on the impact of early-life exposome on the development of gut microbiome and associated diseases risks. He is the young scientist member of the Scientific Steering Committee of the Pasteur Network (COS-PN) and also the expert consultant of Quadripartite (WHO, OIE, FAO & UNEP). He has published more than 75 original peer-reviewed articles in high impact journals such as Gut, Gastroenterology, Nature Microbiome, JAMA Pediatrics,Environ Health Perspect, Environment International etc.
