刘苗苗 副教授

    Miaomiao Liu is an Associate Professor at School of the Environment, Nanjing University (China). She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Nanjing University. During 2015-2017, she was a visiting Ph.D. student at Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University. Her past research described the heterogeneous characteristics of environmental pollution's health and well-being impacts and revealed the underlying socio-economic driving mechanism. Now she is interested in incorporating big data technology and neuroscience experiment into environmental health risk modeling in the context of climate change. She received the first prize in natural science from the Ministry of Education (2020), the management science award of the China Society of Management Sciences (2018), and the gold award of the Geneva International Invention Exhibition (2021). Her research also supported several risk management decisions and practices approved or adopted by provincial and ministerial leaders.
