Feng Yan is an associate professor since 2018 at School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology, China. He completed his B.Sc. and Ph.D. in 2013 and 2018, respectively at Tsinghua University. His research interests include CO2 capture via calcium looping and solid amine adsorbents, CO2 catalytic reduction, catalytic biomass conversion to platform chemicals, and the characteristic and control of PCDD/Fs emission from waste incineration. He has published more than 65 peer reviewed journal papers with >2400 citations (H index of 30, Google Scholar) in the areas of industrial solidwaste recycling and CO2 capture & utilization. He has also published 17 conference proceedings, and has given 6 invited reports. He has owned 12 authorized Chinese invention patents, and has applied for 5 PCT patents and 2 American invention patents.
