Qingyi Zeng obtained his PhD in Environmental Science & Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University at 2017.After he was employed in Guangzhou University. In June 2020, he joined University of South China as a distinguished professor. His research interest including resourceful treatment of organic/radioactive wastewater based on solar energy, advanced nanomaterials for solar energy conversion, advanced oxidation technology and membrane technology. In these areas, he has published more 50 peer-reviewed articles on distinguished journals such as Nano energy、Appl. Catal. B: Environ.、Environ. Sci. Technol.、Water Research and so on, and gotten more than 2000 citations and a h-index of 25, and also been authorized 12 patents. He has hosted 6 funding programs including National Natural Science Foundation of China. He is the junior editor members of several international journals including Sustainable Horizons, and also the members of more 6 academic societies.
